The Green Climate Fund (GCF) is a fund within the framework of the UNFCCC founded as a mechanism to "redistribute money" from the developed to the developing world, in order to assist the developing countries in adaptation and mitigation practices to counter climate change.

As soon as you see the term "redistribute money", it's nothing more than pure communist tactics and terminology.
When the United Nations and the *"Elites" of the world Governments G20, G8,etc.) push to control a Climate Change "Solutions" everyone is going to have problems because every aspect of life that a government touches has ulterior motives (hidden agenda)...in short, a HUGE mistake !
When governments (politicians and government bureaucrats) and the United Nations start talking about "collecting" $Trillions for Climate Change it's going in their pockets, and the pockets of people who can do political and financial favors for them.
Anything that requires efficiency also requires keeping government out of the equation.
